Welcome to Klassifier, a website and an online solution owned by Nevitech based in Istanbul.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Klassifier website and services. Acceptance and compliance with these Terms are required for access to and use of the Service. All visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service are bound by these Terms.
Your use of the service
You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using the Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity ("Organization"), you agree to these Terms on their behalf and represent and warrant that you have the capacity to bind the Organization to these Terms. You and that Organization are referred to as "you" and "your" in this scenario.
You may use the Service only if you are able to make a legally binding contract with Klassifier and in accordance with these Terms as well as all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations. The Service may change over time as we improve, modify, or add new features to it, often without previous notification to you. Furthermore, Klassifier may stop providing the Service, or any features within the Service, to you or to users in general, temporarily or permanently, and may not be able to provide you with prior notice.
The correct way to use
To access and use www.Klassifier.com strictly in line with these terms of use, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license. You warrant to Klassifier that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms as a condition of your use of the Site. You may not use the Site in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Site by others. You may not access or attempt to obtain any materials or information using any means other than those that are specifically made available or provided for on the Site.
All content contained as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, pictures, and the compilation thereof, as well as any software used on the Site, is owned by Klassifier or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property and proprietary rights laws. You undertake to respect and adhere to all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends, and other limitations contained in such information, and you will not alter it in any way.
Content from Klassifier is not for resale. You will not make any unauthorized use of any protected content as a result of your use of the Site, and you will not delete or change any proprietary rights or attribution notices in such content. You will not alter, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any of the content found on the Site, in whole or in part. You will only use protected content for your own personal use, and you will not use it for any other purpose without Klassifier's and the copyright owner's express written permission. You acknowledge that no ownership rights in any protected content are transferred to you. Except as expressly authorized by these Terms, we do not grant you any express or implied licenses to Klassifier's or our licensors' intellectual property.
Subscriptions
You can subscribe to the Service by purchasing a subscription. Klassifier reserves the right to adjust the size and pricing of subscriptions at any moment. A valid debit or credit card is required to start a subscription. You agree to be bound by and pay for that purchase when you confirm your subscription on Klassifier.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the same payment conditions after the end of your subscription period (usually one month, three months, or twelve months, as decided by you). You can update your subscription at any moment through your account dashboard's self-serve functions. You will be invoiced at the price of your new subscription level when you upgrade your subscription. In the next payment cycle, the unused, prorated balance of your previous membership and your new subscription will be deducted from your account.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you agree to pay all such taxes, levies, or duties, with the exception of United States (federal or state) taxes.
Klassifier must be contacted within 90 days of the charge if you believe it was made in error. Any charges that are more than 90 days old will not be refunded.
If you pay using a debit card and your payment causes your bank to charge you an overdraft or other fee, you are solely responsible for such a price. Klassifier will keep all materials generated by your subscription if your subscription is cancelled. Klassifier has the right to remove any subscription-generated sources that have not been updated in 90 days.
Your Account
When you create your Klassifier account, you must give us accurate information. Your Klassifier account provides you with access to the Services and features that we may build and maintain at our sole discretion from time to time. Different sorts of accounts may be maintained for different types of people or organizations. When you use a third-party service to connect to Klassifier, you grant us permission to access and use your information from that service as permitted by that provider, as well as to keep your log-in credentials for that service. Without authorization, you may never use another user's account.
If you cancel your account or Klassifier terminates your account as described below, all of your data will be promptly erased from the Service. Once your account is deactivated, you will lose access to this information. If you cancel the Service, your account and all of your data will be deleted.
Klassifier maintains the right, at any moment, to refuse service to anybody for any reason. Klassifier reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to suspend or terminate your account and/or refuse any and all current or future use of the Service. Klassifier may give an instant warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend, or terminate your account, and/or refuse to offer the Service, without limiting other remedies.
Prohibited Content
- use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- violate, or encourage others to violate, third-party rights, including by infringing or misappropriating third-party intellectual property rights;
- post, upload, or distribute any User Content or other content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person could deem objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, or embarrassing;
- perform any fraudulent action, such as impersonating another person or entity, claiming false affiliations, gaining unauthorized access to other people's Service accounts, or lying about your age or date of birth;
Account Security
Whether your password is with Klassifier or a third-party provider, you are responsible for securing the password you use to access the Service, as well as any activities or acts carried out under your password. The same criteria apply to the API key you've been given (s). We recommend that you create "strong" passwords for your account that include a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols. You promise not to share your API key(s) or password with anybody else. Klassifier cannot and will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your failing to meet the above standards. If you become aware of a security breach or unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately inform Klassifier.
Privacy
Our users' privacy is important to us. As mentioned in our Privacy Policy, we collect, use, and share personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information. By using the Service, you consent to the gathering of such information as well as the collection, use, transfer, and processing of your personal data.
Governing laws in case of dispute

Moderation
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, and the most recent version will always be available on our website. We will tell you if a revision is material, at our sole discretion (for example via email to the email address associated with your account). Other changes may be announced on our blog or on our Terms page, so keep an eye on those areas. You agree to be bound by the new Terms if you continue to access or use the Service after the adjustments take effect. Please cease using the Services if you do not agree to the revised conditions.
